Glan y Gro Terms and Conditions
B&B includes breakfast and full use of our facilities.
Bookings
Booking enquires become confirmed bookings when a deposit is received by our bank. All bookings will be confirmed by us in writing, either by email or by post.
A deposit is the total cost of your stay or £70 whichever is lower
Without this confirmation you do not have a definite booking.
If it is important for you to have a confirmed booking immediately, phone us with your card details and make a deposit payment.
Cancellation
If you need to cancel or change your booking we ask for as much notice as possible so that we can offer the vacancy to others.
Up to 14 days before planned arrival, Glan y Gro can return your deposit or transfer the booking.
Between 7-14 days before a stay a booking may be transferred only.
Under 7 days before a stay the deposit will become non-returnable and no transfer is possible.
Miscellaneous
We operate a no smoking policy in the house and grounds at Glan y Gro
We request that all guests vehicles are parked in our car park but we accept no responsibility for vehicles or their contents.
We do not accept dogs or other pets, other than guide dogs.
Guests are responsible for the insurance of their own effects while at Glan y Gro, and for travel insurance to cover any cost of cancellations.
Please note that Glan y Gro does not have a specialist dietician, and therefore we are only able to provide certain commonly occurring diets. If you need a special diet for medical reasons, or if you have personal preferences in your diet then PLEASE CHECK BEFORE YOU BOOK to see whether we are able to meet your requirements. All food is individually prepared in our own kitchen. If diets/food preferences are notified in advance we will do our best to fulfil them, but please advise us when booking.
