The prices below are for bed and full
cooked breakfast. All rooms are either
double or twin. A kitchen is also available
if guests would like to prepare their own
lunch or evening meal. We do not charge for
the use of the kitchen.

A booking request only becomes a confirmed booking when we have recieved your deposit. This would be for the total cost of your stay or £70 whichever is lower.
