Prices
The prices below are for bed and full
cooked breakfast. All rooms are either
double or twin. A kitchen is also available
if guests would like to prepare their own
lunch or evening meal. We do not charge for
the use of the kitchen.

Check in is between 4pm and 7pm.
Outside of these times only by prior
arrangement.
Breakfast is normally served between 8am
and 9.30am. Earlier only by prior
arrangement.

A booking request only becomes a confirmed booking when we have recieved your deposit. This would be for the total cost of your stay or £70 whichever is lower.
